Overview

NetMon.NMS ™ was designed to facilitate insight and monitoring of the wireless network. It is virtually impossible to
scale your business without the use of a comprehensive network management system. The NetMon.NMS™ system has been proven
by the use of DigitalPath™ through it's use to monitor thousands of devices in its daily operations. Technical
support and operations utilize the system to troubleshoot both network and customer related issues. Without
NetMon.NMS™, WISP's are blind to the overall performance of the network and unable to provide the pro-active maintenance that needs to be done to ensure reliable uptime.

Comprehensive network overview

Network statistics are shown in real-time and are automatically updated as conditions change. Each device in the
network monitors via a parent/child relationship to allow scalability without having to use a centralized
server to query all
devices. The system utilizes a high-scale Oracle database to maximize the scalability of the monitoring system to hundreds of
thousands of devices. The system also features comprehensive paging capabilities to alert your on-call staff when a problem
occurs.

Uptime Summary
|
Get insight into your network performance on a daily basis. This will help you evaluate whether you have issues that
need to be resolved with a specific device or location. The reboot summary allows you to evaluate whether you
have a damaged unit or a wiring problem at a location.

AC power Status
The system incorporates a patented power monitoring and reporting system. This system reports AC status at each location,
battery status and the status of the fuse protection. This type of monitoring is essential
when
utilizing residential or business structures where power can become disconnected.
